Yes, and we take this part seriously. We don't just throw things in the truck. We go room by room, flag anything that looks important, photos, paperwork, jewelry, sentimental items, and set it aside for you. Nothing gets tossed without your say-so.

All the time. A lot of estate cleanouts happen when the family lives out of state or an executor is handling the property. We can coordinate access, send photos and updates, and get the home cleared on a timeline that works for a sale or probate. You don't have to be in Toledo to hire us.

Most single-family homes are done in one to two days, depending on how full the property is. We'll walk it during the free estimate and give you a clear timeline so you can plan around a closing date or family schedule.

We sort it all. Usable furniture and household goods get donated to local charities, metals and electronics go to recycling, and only what's truly unusable gets disposed of. If items are donated, we can provide documentation for tax purposes.

Completely. We understand these situations are personal and often come during a hard time. Our crew is respectful, works at your pace, and keeps the process low-key. We can use unmarked trucks on request.
